Thursday May 13, 2021
Correlating with our previous EP about "Social Media", we decided to get together on the pod to have a thoughtful conversation about the concept of a solidified friendship and what it means to be a "friend". Tagging along in the deep end with us is a close knitted brother of ours by the name of Sharif Legree. Raised upon love & loyalty, Sharif comes along the show to display his perspective on the keen word that is mighty sensitive to him.

Brothers In The Deep End are back again with an episode talking about the unrealistic standard that social media sets for society. With the current digital era were in, social media can cause a melting pot of emotions for consumers worldwide. Though it was meant to bring all of us together and has to a certain extent, it also causes mental stress and problems for the regular day person. It takes only seconds to judge someone based off their social media profile. Do you think is fair? Where is there a balance between being authentic but also building your persona or personal brand? We're here today with special guest Austin the manager to dig deeper into these topics!

- We brought along Nell, a brother of ours we met through social media that had commonality with our close peers. Looking through Nell’s Instagram page, we came across an ambitious young man that is in a mixture of all fields that we (Ethan & Casey) are/were involved in, which are fitness, football, and entrepreneurship. Nell is currently a collegiate football player (WR) at Pace University along with his craftsmanship as a personal trainer. Also, he has his own clothing brand called “Embrace”. We took a dive in the deep end with Nell and he led us to his story of sacrifices and disappointments.

There is always that one concern or goal that comes to your mind, which is becoming successful. Some people define success by a large amount of wealth, or maybe fame. Here in this episode, we debate this question of success and dive into our own definition of that concept. Also, we breakdown how this image of success can get misconstrued by society and put pressure on us as individuals. We love to hear your feedback on this episode, so please leave a comment to whether you agree or disagree with either hosts (Ethan or Casey), or if you have a different viewpoint regarding our topic and what we had to say.

Monday Feb 08, 2021
Throughout our time off from season 1 to now (Season 2), life has put us in the deep end again due to a storm we are all facing in this world...COVID-19. Ethan first handily caught the virus along with majority of his family. Casey's family and a lot of his close peers started to get deeply affected by this virus as well. COVID has deeply changed all of our lives for the good and unfortunately for the bad. We present this episode to discuss our emotions, traumas, tribulations, and lessons from experiencing this virus first-hand. Also, we dedicate our episode for anyone out there that is having a difficult time with COVID-19. If there is one lesson you can gain from this episode, it will be to remind you that you are not alone despite if you may deeply feel that way and better days are yet to come. Do your best to have the patience and faith to believe you will overcome these dark times.

Sunday Dec 06, 2020
Coming back from a near death experience.. LITERALLY to talk about his story is DJ Teso. We hear DJ’s all the time, on the radio, clubs, music festivals, etc. The image we seem to get are people who have extreme confidence, have everything together and have the world at their fingertips. DJ’s aren’t interviewed as often as artists are, so we don’t ever get to see the behind the scenes of their life and how they’ve achieved their successes. In this story we dive into the backdrop of DJ teso and discover a man who’s been through some of the TOUGHEST life experiences anybody can ever imagine. This is a man who took death and sickness to fuel his drive to be his best self
